Wednesday, September 25, 2013

The Department of Public Works has made fall leaf program collection information available for 2013! Loose leaf collection will be provided by the City from November 18, 2013 through December 20, 2013. Residents can rake leaves to the curb at their convenience during the 5 week period. Most streets do not have an assigned collection day. The goal of the program is to collect leaf piles within 2 weeks of their appearance at the curb. For additional information, you are invited to attend a Public Meeting on October 2, 2013.

The Informational Workshop will acquaint the public with the project. Display boards will show operational and safety improvements, and SHA representatives will be available to discuss project issues and answer  questions concerning construction. No formal presentation will be given. Feel free to arrive at any time and walk through at your own pace.
